Make the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the diced jalapeños, cream cheese, and diced salted ham. Mix until well combined.

Prepare the Empanada Dough
Roll out your empanada dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick. Cut out circles using a 4-inch round cutter.

Fill the Empanadas
Place a tablespoon of the filling mixture in the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough over to form a half-moon shape and press the edges to seal. Use a fork to crimp the edges for a decorative finish.

Cook the Empanadas
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the empanadas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
