Measure and mix
Pour 60 ml bourbon, 10 ml simple syrup, 2 dashes Angostura bitters, and 1 dash orange bitters into a mixing glass.

Chill and dilute
Add ice to the mixing glass and stir gently for 20-30 seconds until well-chilled and properly diluted.

Strain and serve
Strain the mixture into a rocks glass over 3 ice cubes.

Garnish
Express the oils from an orange peel over the drink, rub the rim with the peel, and drop the twist into the glass.

Serve immediately.
