Fill a highball glass with ice cubes (about three). Ensure the glass is chilled for a crisper finish.
Pour 60 ml Amaro Nonino Quintessentia over the ice.
Add 90 ml Prosecco to the glass.
Top with 60 ml club soda to brighten the spritz and add fizz.
Gently stir once or twice to blend the ingredients without dissipating too much carbonation.
Garnish with a slice of orange wheel and serve immediately.
