Chill glass
Place the rocks glass in the freezer or fill with ice to chill for 2 minutes, then discard the ice.

Combine ingredients
In a shaker, combine the Sedona Distillery Single Malt Whiskey (60 ml), fresh lemon juice (15 ml), and maple syrup (15 ml).

Shake with ice
Fill the shaker with ice (about 3/4 full) and shake vigorously for 12-15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain into glass
Strain the mixture into the chilled rocks glass over fresh ice.

Finish and garnish
Add Angostura bitters (0.5 tsp) and garnish with an orange twist.
