Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat (about 400–450°F / 200–230°C).

Slice Noble Bread into 1/2-inch thick slices.

In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, extra virgin olive oil, dried herbs, and a pinch of salt to make a garlic-herb oil.

Grill the bread slices 2–3 minutes per side, or until lightly charred and crisp.

Remove from the grill and drizzle with aged balsamic vinegar, or brush lightly on each slice.

Spread olive tapenade on each toast slice, then top with fresh basil pesto.

Garnish with fresh basil leaves and season with salt and pepper to taste.
