BRUSCHETTA BOARD
Method
BRUSCHETTA BOARD
- 1
Toast bread
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch rounds. Brush both sides lightly with olive oil, then rub warm slices with the peeled garlic. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Arrange on a baking sheet and toast 6–8 minutes, turning once, until golden and crisp.
- 2
Tomato-basil topping
Rinse and halve the cherry tomatoes or dice if using larger tomatoes. Chop fresh basil leaves. In a bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, 2 tablespoons olive oil, balsamic vinegar, 0.25 teaspoon salt, and 0.125 teaspoon black pepper. Let sit 5–10 minutes to meld flavors.
- 3
Cheese & meats prep
If burrata is whole, keep intact for serving; otherwise cut into bite-sized pieces. Arrange prosciutto slices on a platter or lightly warm them if desired.
- 4
Assemble the board
On a large board or platter, place the toasted bread slices. Spoon tomato topping onto some slices. Tear burrata or cut into chunks and place on the board. Fan or roll prosciutto slices. Scatter olives, roasted peppers, and feta around the board. Optional: drizzle with extra olive oil and balsamic, and garnish with torn basil.

Choose two or three pairings
Guests can build their bites by selecting any two or three components: bread + tomato topping; tomato topping + burrata; burrata + prosciutto; olives/peppers/feta on the side. Provide small forks or toothpicks for easy tasting.
