Cocktails
- 1
Chill a rocks glass by filling it with ice and placing in the freezer or fridge for a few minutes.
- 2
In a mixing glass, combine gin, Fiero aperitif, sweet vermouth, and orange bitters.
- 3
Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir gently for about 20–25 seconds until well chilled and slightly diluted.
- 4
Dislodge the ice from the prepared rocks glass, add fresh large ice cubes, and strain the stirred mixture over the ice.
- 5
Garnish with an orange twist and one olive on a pick. If desired, express the orange peel over the drink to release oils before placing the twist.
