In a chilled wine glass, muddle the orange wheel, rosemary sprig, and pink peppercorns to release oils and aroma.

Add 60 ml Martini & Rossi Fiero to the glass and gently muddle or stir with the aromatics to combine.

Stir in 60 ml fresh orange juice until well mixed.

Fill the glass with ice to about 3/4 full, then top with 120 ml Prosecco. Stir gently to combine while preserving fizz.

Garnish with the orange wheel and rosemary sprig. Lightly crush a few pink peppercorns over the drink to release aroma just before serving.
