Chill base liquids
Place the rosé wine and Lillet Rouge in the refrigerator until cold.

Combine base with juice and cordial
In a large pitcher, add the rosé wine, Lillet Rouge, cranberry juice, grapefruit juice, and raspberry cordial. Stir gently to combine.

Prepare fruit
Slice the strawberries; cube the watermelon; separate grapefruit into segments.

Macerate fruit with base
Add the sliced strawberries, watermelon cubes, and grapefruit segments to the pitcher. Stir to distribute the fruit.

Chill
Refrigerate the sangria for at least 2 hours to meld flavors.

Finish and serve
Just before serving, top with sparkling water, adjust sweetness if desired, and serve over ice with a few fruit pieces.
