Prep: Peanut Butter Washed Whiskey
In a small jar, combine 60 ml whiskey with 1 tablespoon peanut butter. Shake vigorously or stir to emulsify, then let sit for 5–10 minutes to meld flavors. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove peanut solids. Chill the washed whiskey until ready to use.

Cocktail Assembly: Fill a shaker with ice. Add the peanut butter washed whiskey, fresh lemon juice, pineapple juice, Martini & Rossi Fiero, and passion fruit puree.

Shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until well-chilled.

Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass over fresh ice.

Garnish with a pineapple wedge or a lemon twist.
