Chill Glass
Place a highball glass in the freezer for 2-3 minutes to chill.

Combine Juices
Pour 60 ml blood orange juice, 30 ml cranberry juice, and 60 ml grapefruit juice into the glass.

Add Ice
Fill the glass with 1 cup of ice.

Add Prosecco
Pour 120 ml Prosecco into the glass.

Top with Seltzer
Top with 60 ml sparkling water (seltzer) to brighten the spritz.

Sweeten (optional)
Stir in 15 ml simple syrup if you prefer a sweeter spritz.

Garnish & Serve
Garnish with a grapefruit twist and serve immediately.
