2.03 tbsp (30 ml) Banana Syrup
1.01 tbsp (15 ml) Clarified Black Mole
1 leaf Banana Leaf (garnish)

Build and chill
In a mixing glass, combine 60 ml rum (or whiskey), 30 ml banana syrup, and 15 ml clarified black mole. Add ice and stir until well chilled and slightly diluted.

Fill a rocks glass with a large ice cube. Strain the mixture over the ice.
