Directions

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Shrimp

In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, then add shrimp. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Sauce

In the same skillet, add remaining butter, heavy cream, lemon juice, and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.

  4. 4

    Combine Ingredients

Add the cooked linguine, spinach, artichokes, tomatoes, and shrimp back into the skillet. Toss to combine and coat everything in the creamy sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until spinach wilts.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes if desired.
