Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Seafood

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the shrimp, scallops, and cod, and cook for 2-3 minutes until just cooked through. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Make the Cream Sauce

In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.

  3. 3

    Thicken the Sauce

Sprinkle the flour over the onion and garlic mixture, stirring constantly for about 2 minutes to form a roux. Gradually whisk in the heavy cream and dry sherry, cooking until the sauce thickens.

  4. 4

    Combine Seafood and Sauce

Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and chopped parsley. Add the seafood back to the pot, stirring gently to coat well.

  5. 5

    Transfer to Baking Dish

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour the seafood mixture into a greased casserole dish. Top with seasoned bread crumbs.

  6. 6

    Bake the Casserole

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the bread crumbs are golden brown and the casserole is bubbling.

  7. 7

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious seafood casserole!
