Add Cheese and Fillings
Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each piece of bread. Choose one optional filling and add it on top of the cheese. Top with another slice of cheddar cheese and cover with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side up.

Grill the Sandwich
Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown. Carefully flip the sandwich and grill the other side for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.

Repeat for Additional Sandwiches
Repeat the process for any additional sandwiches.
Tomato Soup

Add Tomatoes and Broth
Stir in the canned tomatoes and vegetable broth. Bring to a simmer.

Season the Soup
Add salt, pepper, and dried basil. Let the soup simmer for about 20 minutes.

Blend the Soup
Use an immersion blender to puree the soup until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
