Prepare Pork Katsu

Season Pork
Season the pork loin chops with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Breading Process
Dredge each pork chop in all-purpose flour, shaking off the excess. Dip into the beaten eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

Fry Pork
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the breaded pork chops and fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and let drain on paper towels.
