Prepare the Pork
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Rub the pork shoulder with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and brown sugar. Place the minced garlic, sliced onion, and apple cider vinegar in the bottom of a roasting pan. Place the seasoned pork shoulder on top.

Roast the Pork
Pour the soy sauce over the pork and cover the pan with aluminum foil. Roast in the oven for around 4 hours, or until the pork is tender and can easily be shredded with a fork. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Spicy Mayonnaise

Make the Spicy Mayonnaise
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, and lemon juice. Mix well until smooth, and adjust the spiciness by adding more Sriracha if desired.

Prepare the Vegetables
Slice the tomato and cucumber. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.

Assemble the Buns
Take a soft bun, spread a generous amount of spicy mayonnaise on the bottom. Add a layer of lettuce, followed by slices of tomato and cucumber. Top with a portion of shredded pork and another dollop of spicy mayonnaise. Place the top bun on and serve.
