Method

Preparing the Tea

  1. 1

    Boil Water

In a medium-sized pot, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil over high heat.

  2. 2

    Steep the Tea

Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat. Add 4 tsp of jasmine green tea leaves to the water. Cover and let steep for 5-7 minutes, depending on your desired strength.

Sweetening the Tea

  1. 3

    Add Sweetener

If desired, add honey or sugar to the steeped tea while it is still warm. Stir until completely dissolved.

Flavor Enhancements

  1. 4

    Add Flavor Enhancements

If you want, add lemon slices and mint leaves to the tea for extra flavor. Stir gently.

Cooling and Bottling

  1. 5

    Cool the Tea

Let the tea cool to room temperature. You can speed up this process by placing it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

  2. 6

    Bottle the Tea

Once cooled, pour the tea into glass bottles or jars, leaving some space at the top. Seal the bottles tightly.
