Marinate the Beef

Marinate the Beef
Add the sliced beef to the marinade, making sure it is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare the Udon

Cook Udon Noodles
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add udon noodles and cook according to package instructions (usually about 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.

Caramelize Onions
In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown and caramelized, about 10 minutes.

Add Broth
Pour in the beef broth or water, and bring to a simmer. Add salt and black pepper to taste.

Add Tofu and Kamaboko
Stir in the sliced tofu skin and Kamaboko, and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until heated through.

Combine with Udon
Add the cooked udon noodles to the skillet, tossing to combine everything well. Cook for another 2 minutes to heat the noodles through.
Serve

Garnish and Serve
Serve the beef udon hot, garnished with chopped green onions. Enjoy!
