Prepare the Passion Fruit
Cut the passion fruits in half and scoop the pulp into a mixing glass, ensuring to collect all the seeds and juices.

Juice the Limes
Cut the limes in half and squeeze the juice into the mixing glass with the passion fruit pulp, discarding any seeds.

Combine Ingredients
Add the Centenario tequila and orange liqueur to the mixing glass with the passion fruit and lime juice.

Shake the Mixture
Fill the mixing glass with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Prepare the Glass
Rim a cocktail glass with lime juice and dip the rim into Tajin to coat it.

Strain and Serve
Strain the shaken mixture into the prepared glass. Optionally, garnish with a slice of lime or a piece of passion fruit.
