    Gather Ingredients

    Collect all the ingredients including 400 Conejos mezcal, Licor 43, Angostura bitters, as well as the orange peel and maraschino cherry for garnish.

    Prepare Mixing Glass

    Fill a mixing glass with ice to chill while you measure and pour the other ingredients.

    Combine Ingredients

    In the chilled mixing glass, pour 2 oz of 400 Conejos mezcal and 1 oz of Licor 43.

    Add Bitters

    Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters to the mixing glass.

    Stir Mixture

    Stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds to combine the flavors and chill the drink.

Serving

    Strain and Serve

    Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

    Garnish

    Garnish with a slice of orange peel and a maraschino cherry by placing them on top of the drink.
