Chicken Marinade

Hand Cut Fries

Method

Chicken Marinade Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine curry powder, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form a marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Chicken

Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for best flavor).

Grilling the Chicken

  1. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  2. 4

    Grill the Chicken

Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

  3. 5

    Rest the Chicken

Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Sandwich Assembly

  1. 6

    Prepare the Buns

Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on the inside of each toasted brioche bun.

  2. 7

    Assemble the Sandwich

Layer sliced grilled chicken, fresh cucumber, apple slices, and chopped cilantro on the bottom half of each bun. Top with the other half of the bun.

Hand Cut Fries Preparation

  1. 8

    Cut the Potatoes

Wash and cut the russet potatoes into fries. Soak them in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.

  2. 9

    Cook the Fries

Drain and pat the fries dry. Toss with olive oil and salt. Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
