Prepare the Oven
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- 2
Season the Turkey
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the turkey breast.
- 3
Place in Baking Pan
Place the seasoned turkey breast in a half or full-size roasting pan. Pour the chicken broth into the bottom of the pan.
- 4
Roast the Turkey
Cover the pan with aluminum foil and roast in the preheated oven for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes to allow the skin to brown.
- 5
Rest and Serve
Remove the turkey from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
