Oven-Browned Potatoes Ingredients

Method

Oven-Browned Potatoes Directions

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and peel the Russet potatoes. Cut them into evenly sized cubes, approximately 1-inch in size.

  3. 3

    Season the Potatoes

In a large mixing bowl, combine the potato cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are well-coated.

  4. 4

    Arrange on Baking Sheet

Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or greased with cooking spray.

  5. 5

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.

  6. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Once browned, remove the potatoes from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
