Baking Instructions

    In a large bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.

    Combine Dry Ingredients

    In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, and chocolate chips. Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.

    Scoop and Bake Cookies

    Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.

    Prepare the Brownie Batter

    In a medium bowl, melt the butter and mix in the cocoa powder, followed by the granulated sugar and eggs. Stir in the vanilla extract, then mix in the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.

    Add Walnuts

    Fold in the chopped walnuts into the brownie batter.

    Pour the brownie batter into a greased baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool, then cut into squares.
