Preparation

1. Prepare the Broccoli

Steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and let cool before chopping finely.

2. Make the Filling

In a mixing bowl, combine the steamed and chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

3. Prepare the Puff Pastry

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface. Cut the pastry into squares of about 3x3 inches.

4. Assemble the Puffs

Place a tablespoon of the broccoli and cheese filling in the center of each pastry square. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling to create a pocket and pinch the edges to seal.

5. Bake the Puffs

Place the filled puffs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

6. Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm.
