Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Ground Beef

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

Chop the green bell pepper, onion, tomato, and jalapenos into small pieces.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Nachos

On a large baking sheet, spread out the tortilla chips evenly. Top with the cooked ground beef, chopped vegetables, and sprinkle the cheddar cheese over everything.

  4. 4

    Melt the Cheese

Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove from the oven, top with sliced black olives, and serve warm with salsa and sour cream on the side.
