Fruit & Base

Method

Prep

1

Prepare fruit

Peel and dice the mango and pineapple into roughly 1/2-inch pieces so they blend smoothly.

2

If using fresh orange juice, squeeze enough oranges to yield about 3 oz (about 1 medium orange). Chill briefly if preferred.

Blend

3

Combine ingredients

In a high-speed blender add the diced mango (1 cup), diced pineapple (1 cup), orange juice (3 oz), almond milk (1 cup), coconut water (1 cup), coconut cream (2 tbs), and liquid sweetener (1 tsp).

4

Add ice

Add the ice cubes (1 cup) on top of the liquids and fruit in the blender. This helps achieve a chilled, slushy texture.

5

Blend to smooth

Secure the lid and blend on high for 45–60 seconds, or until the mixture is completely smooth and has a creamy, slightly frothy texture. If too thick, add up to 2 tablespoons (30 ml) extra coconut water or almond milk and blend again. If too thin, add a few more ice cubes or 2 tablespoons of frozen pineapple or mango.

Finish & Serve

6

Taste and adjust

Taste the Tropical Breeze and adjust sweetness or acidity as needed: add an extra 1/2 tsp sweetener if you want it sweeter, or a squeeze of lime for brightness.

7

Garnish (optional)

If desired, wet the rim of the serving glass with a lime wedge and dip lightly into toasted shredded coconut to create a coconut rim. Pour the blended drink into a chilled 12–16 oz glass and garnish with a lime wedge or a small pineapple wedge.

8

Serve immediately with a straw. Enjoy chilled.
