Base
Prepare ingredients
Peel the ripe banana and measure out the açaí purée, almond milk, and whey protein. If using a frozen açaí packet, break it into chunks so it blends evenly.
Blend base
In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen açaí purée (6 oz), the whole ripe banana, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, and 1 scoop grass-fed whey protein powder. Add 1 cup ice if you prefer a thicker, spoonable texture. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides once to ensure even mixing (about 30–60 seconds).
Taste and adjust sweetness: the whey protein may add sweetness; if you want it sweeter, drizzle up to 1 tsp raw honey into the blender and pulse once to combine (optional).
Assemble & Toppings
Serve base
Pour or spoon the blended açaí protein base into a serving bowl, using a rubber spatula to get it all out of the blender. Smooth the top with the back of a spoon to create an even surface for toppings.
Arrange toppings
Top the açaí base with the sliced banana (arrange half a banana in thin slices across the bowl), drizzle 1 tablespoon cashew butter and 1 tablespoon almond butter in small dollops or thin lines across the bowl, sprinkle 1/4 cup hemp granola evenly, then scatter 1 teaspoon unsweetened coconut flakes and 1 teaspoon chia seeds on top.
Finish
If desired, finish with a light drizzle of the remaining raw honey (up to 1 tsp) across the toppings for extra shine and sweetness. Serve immediately with a spoon.
