Acai base
Blend
In a high-speed blender, combine frozen acai purée, ripe banana, frozen banana, and 120 ml unsweetened almond milk. Add 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and 1 tsp honey or agave if using. Blend on high in 10–20 second bursts, scraping down the sides as needed, until the mixture is very smooth and thick. Aim for a spoonable soft-serve consistency; if too thick, add almond milk 1 tbsp (15 ml) at a time; if too thin, add a small handful of frozen banana or a few ice cubes and re-blend.
Spoon the acai base into a serving bowl, smoothing the top with the back of the spoon to create an even surface for toppings.
Toppings & assembly
Arrange toppings immediately after spooning the acai base so they sit on top rather than sinking. Place the 1/2 sliced banana in a neat row or fan across one side of the bowl.
Scatter 3/4 cup hemp granola over the center or opposite side from the banana, leaving some base visible for contrast.
If using, sprinkle 1/4 cup fresh berries across the bowl for color and added freshness.
Finish with a light dusting of 1 tsp hemp seeds and 1/2 tsp chia seeds over the top for extra texture and nutrition.
Serve immediately with a spoon. If not serving right away, cover and refrigerate for up to 30 minutes; toppings may become soggy if left longer.
