Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the chicken breasts, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink inside. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before shredding.

Assemble the Burritos
Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. Divide the shredded chicken evenly among the tortillas. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken. Roll each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go to form burritos.
- 3
Bake the Burritos
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the burritos in a baking dish seam-side down. Pour the green tomatillo sauce evenly over the top of the burritos. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
