Burrito Preparation

    Assemble the Burrito

    Spread refried beans on a flour tortilla, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, add sour cream and salsa, then roll it up tightly.

Cheese Enchilada Preparation

    Prepare the Enchiladas

    Dip corn tortillas in enchilada sauce, fill with cheddar cheese, roll them up and place in a baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over the top.

Tostada Guacamole Preparation

    Prepare the Tostada

    Spread guacamole on the corn tostada and serve immediately.

Vegetable Tamale Preparation

    Assemble the Tamales

    Mix corn masa with vegetable filling, spread on soaked corn husks, fold and steam until cooked.

Cheese Quesadilla Preparation

    Cook the Quesadilla

    Place cheddar cheese between two flour tortillas and grill on both sides until the cheese melts and tortillas are golden brown.

Cheese Chile Relleno Preparation

    Prepare the Chile Rellenos

    Stuff roasted poblano peppers with cheddar cheese, dip in beaten eggs and fry until golden.
