Prepare the Steak
Season the T-bone steaks with salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the Vegetables
In a skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook until translucent, about 3 minutes. Add the diced tomatoes and sliced jalapeños and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cook the Rice
In a saucepan, cook the rice according to package instructions. Set aside.

Heat the Beans
In a small pot, heat the black beans over medium heat until warm. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve
On a plate, serve the grilled T-bone steak topped with the sautéed onions, tomatoes, and jalapeños. Accompany with rice, black beans, guacamole, sour cream, and warm tortillas.
