Cook the Chorizo
In a skillet over medium heat, add the Mexican chorizo and cook until browned and thoroughly cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Break it apart with a spatula as it cooks.

Warm the Tortillas
In a separate pan, lightly warm the corn tortillas over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

Assemble the Tacos
Place a portion of the cooked chorizo in the center of each tortilla. Top with pico de gallo and a drizzle of tomatillo sauce.

Serve
Serve the tacos warm with a side of cooked rice, refried beans, fresh cilantro, and lime wedges.
