Prepare the Tamales
Soak the corn husks in warm water for 30 minutes. In a bowl, mix masa harina, chicken broth, vegetable oil, salt, and ground cumin until smooth. Spread a thin layer of the masa mixture on each corn husk, add shredded chicken, and roll tightly. Place them upright in a steamer and steam for about 1 hour.

Make the Enchiladas
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Fill each corn tortilla with the cooked beef, roll them up, and place them seam side down in a baking dish. Pour the enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve
Plate 1 beef enchilada and 1 chicken tamale. Serve with a side of black beans or rice.
