Preparation Steps
- 1
Prepare the Bean Burrito
In a large flour tortilla, spread the refried beans evenly. Sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese on top. Roll the tortilla tightly to form a burrito.

Prepare the Cheese Enchilada
In a baking dish, place the corn tortillas. Fill each with a bit of refried beans, roll them up, and place seam-side down. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and salsa, then bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes.

Prepare the Tostada
In a frying pan, heat cooking oil over medium heat. Fry the corn tortilla until crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels. Top with guacamole, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños if using.

Serve
Arrange the burrito, enchilada, and tostada on a plate. Drizzle sour cream over the tostada and serve warm.
