Preparation Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken, steak, or pastor with the cooked rice and shredded cheese.
- 2
Assemble the Burrito
Lay the 12-inch flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Add the filling mixture in the center of the tortilla.
- 3
Wrap the Burrito
Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and then roll it up from the bottom to the top, ensuring the filling is securely wrapped.
- 4
Heat the Burrito
Place the wrapped burrito seam-side down in a skillet over medium heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and heated through.
- 5
Top with Cheese Dip
Remove the burrito from the skillet and place it on a serving plate. Pour warm cheese dip over the top.
- 6
Prepare the Guacamole Salad
In a separate bowl, mix the lettuce and diced tomatoes. Serve alongside the burrito with guacamole, sour cream, and salsa on the side.
