Fajitas Texanas Burrito Preparation

1. Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, black pepper, cumin, and chili powder. Mix well.

2. Marinate the Proteins

Add the sliced steak, chicken, and shrimp to the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

3. Grill the Vegetables

In a large skillet or grill pan, heat a little olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced green, red, and yellow bell peppers, along with the sliced onion. Cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.

4. Cook the Proteins

In the same skillet, add the marinated steak, chicken, and shrimp. Cook until fully cooked through, about 5-8 minutes.

5. Combine Ingredients

Add the grilled vegetables and diced tomatoes to the cooked proteins. Mix well and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

6. Assemble the Burritos

On each flour tortilla, add a portion of the protein and vegetable mixture, followed by a generous spoonful of cheese dip. Roll the tortillas tightly to form burritos.

7. Serve

Serve the burritos with cooked rice and refried beans on the side.
