1. Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, cumin powder, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

2. Marinate the Proteins

Add the sliced steak, chicken, and shrimp to the marinade. Cover and let it sit for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.

3. Grill the Vegetables

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onions and peppers. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are slightly charred and tender. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

4. Cook the Proteins

In the same skillet, add the marinated steak, chicken, and shrimp. Cook for about 8-10 minutes or until the proteins are cooked through and have a nice char.

5. Combine and Serve

Return the grilled vegetables to the skillet with the cooked proteins. Toss everything together for a couple of minutes. Serve warm with flour tortillas and diced tomatoes.
