    In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add shrimp and scallops, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes.

    Preheat the grill over medium heat. Thread the marinated shrimp and scallops onto skewers. Grill for about 3-4 minutes per side or until they are cooked through and have grill marks.

    In a small saucepan, heat the cheese dip over low heat until melted and smooth.
