1. Prepare the Ingredients

Start by marinating the steak with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.

2. Cook the Chorizo

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chorizo until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat and set aside.

3. Grill the Steak
