Goat Cheese

Method

Mushrooms

  1. 1

    Prepare the Mushrooms

Clean the hedgehog mushrooms gently with a damp cloth to remove any dirt.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Mushrooms

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Cook the Mushrooms

Add the cleaned hedgehog mushrooms to the skillet. Sprinkle with thyme, salt, and black pepper. Sauté for about 8-10 minutes, or until the mushrooms are golden brown and tender.

Blistered Grapes

  1. 4

    Prepare the Grapes

Rinse the red grapes under cold water and remove them from their stems.

  2. 5

    Blister the Grapes

In another skillet, heat a teaspoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the grapes and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to blister and burst.

  3. 6

    Finish the Grapes

Drizzle balsamic vinegar and honey over the blistered grapes. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Assemble the Dish

  1. 7

    Combine Ingredients

On a serving platter, layer the sautéed hedgehog mushrooms, followed by the blistered grapes. Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese on top.

  2. 8

    Serve

Serve warm as an appetizer or side dish. Enjoy!
