Method
Boulevardier

Step 1: Prepare the Glass
Chill a rocks glass by filling it with ice water. Set it aside while preparing the drink.

Step 2: Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine 1 oz of Bourbon or Rye Whiskey, 1 oz of Sweet Vermouth, and 1 oz of Campari.

Step 3: Stir and Strain
Stir the mixture for about 30 seconds until well chilled. Discard the ice water from the rocks glass and strain the drink into it.

Step 4: Garnish
Express an orange twist over the drink to release its oils, then drop it into the glass as a garnish.
Gin Martini

Step 1: Prepare the Glass
Chill a martini glass by filling it with ice water. Set it aside while preparing the drink.

Step 2: Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour in 2 oz of Gin and 0.5 oz of Dry Vermouth.

Garnish with an olive or a lemon twist, depending on your preference.
House Cucumber Martini

Chill a martini glass by filling it with ice water. Set it aside while preparing the drink.

In a shaker filled with ice, combine 2 oz of Cucumber-infused Gin, 0.5 oz of Lemon Juice, and 0.5 oz of Simple Syrup.

Step 3: Shake and Strain
Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds, then discard the ice water from the martini glass and strain the cocktail into it.
