Prepare the Aloe Air Foam
In a mixing bowl, combine aloe vera juice and salt. Use a hand blender to froth the mixture until it becomes foamy. Set aside.

Mix the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the Rum Haven Coconut Rum, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake well until chilled.

Add the Aloe Air Foam
Spoon the salted aloe air foam on top of the cocktail to garnish.
