In a large cocktail shaker, combine the Aperol, Same Old Moses bourbon, amaro, lemon juice, orange juice, and white peach puree.

Fill the shaker with ice cubes, covering the liquid completely.

Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
