Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 1 oz of Cappelletti, 1 oz of gin, 1 oz of Cocchi Vermouth di Torino, and 0.5 oz of Malört.

Add Ice
Fill the shaker with ice cubes to the top.

Shake Well
Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain into Glass
Strain the mixture into a chilled rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

Garnish
Sprinkle 1 tsp of shaved or grated dark chocolate over the top of the cocktail as a garnish.
