Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.

Cook the Pancetta
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the pancetta. Cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and leave the pancetta in the skillet.

Prepare the Egg Mixture
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, and a generous amount of black pepper until well combined.

Combine Spaghetti and Pancetta
Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet with the pancetta. Toss well to combine, ensuring the pasta is coated with the pancetta fat.
