Method
Preparing the Pork Chops

Season the Pork Chops
Rub the bone-in pork chops with salt and black pepper on both sides to season them well.

Sear the Pork Chops
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the pork chops and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Add Broth and Cream
Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, and dried thyme. Allow it to cook for another 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Combining and Serving

Combine Chops and Sauce
Return the seared pork chops to the skillet, spooning the mushroom sauce over them. Allow to simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes until the pork is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the pork chops and serve hot, spooning extra mushroom sauce on top.
