Preparation of Croutons

Make the Croutons
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the bread slices into small cubes.

Coat the Croutons
In a mixing bowl, toss the bread cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt until evenly coated.

Bake the Croutons
Spread the coated bread cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Stir halfway through for even browning. Remove from oven and let cool.
Preparation of Caesar Dressing

Mix the Dressing
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic until smooth.

Add salt and black pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning as desired. Set aside.
Assembly of Caesar Bites

Prepare the Lettuce
Wash the gem lettuce heads thoroughly and pat dry. Cut each head in half lengthwise to create bite-sized wedges.

Drizzle the prepared Caesar dressing over the lettuce wedges, ensuring they are well-coated.
