Prepare the Glass
Take a large wine glass or an apéritif glass and fill it with ice cubes to chill the glass.

Add the Aperitivo
Pour 3 oz of Cappelletti Aperitivo over the ice in the glass.

Add the Prosecco
Gently add 3 oz of Prosecco to the glass, pouring slowly to maintain the bubbles.

Top with Soda Water
Add 1 oz of soda water to give the spritz a refreshing finish. Adjust to taste.

Garnish
Garnish the drink with a slice of orange on the rim of the glass.

Serve
Stir gently with a straw or a stirrer, then serve immediately and enjoy your Apéritif Spritz!
